The festival is arranged under patronage of the Ministry of Culture, Monuments Protection and Sports of Georgia and by common efforts of the Embassy of Georgia in the Republic of Estonia, the Ministry of Culture of Estonia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia. The event commemorates the Independence Day of Georgia - celebrated on 26th of May and at the same time represents the warming up for “Tallinn- 2011”.

The main goal of the organizers is to present Georgian culture to the wider Estonian public. The event represents an important milestone in establishing closer cultural ties, which in its turn will lead to the set-up of enhanced people-to-people contacts.

The week-long program includes Jazz-Folk Music, Photo Exhibition Film Screening, Theater Performance and Concert for the Piano.
